Our Inspector's Highlights

On the à la carte menu, expect elevated dishes such as gold-leaf-topped burrata, Black Angus carpaccio with pistachio mayonnaise, quail egg, bell pepper and stracciatella, and osso bucco ravioli with Parmigiano fondue and tarragon.
With pan-seared langoustines, slow-cooked veal, glazed blue lobster, risotto with Sicilian red prawns and suckling lamb saddle on the degustation menu, the eight-course Exclusive Journey is an excellent choice if you want to sample the chef’s signature dishes.
It’s also worth considering seasonal menus and degustation menus that celebrate specific ingredients (such as the mushroom degustation menu).
The in-house sommelier is on hand for expert wine-pairing recommendations. Expect top-notch service all around at the Dubai restaurant.
Save room for dessert— specifically for La Sfera, a beautiful glossy sphere that makes for a memorable conclusion to any meal. Its components change seasonally but are always delicious with surprising flavors such as bergamot crème brûlée and lemon-basil sorbet.

The Food

Find your appetite piqued with starters such as the fried egg with green peas, fennel, apple, caviar and goose crumble; pan-seared langoustines with baby carrots, sea asparagus and blood orange; and slow-cooked veal with tuna tartare.
Seafood lovers are in for a treat with a menu that features lobster bisque with clams and caviar, oysters, Royal Beluga caviar, blue lobster tortelli and linguine with clams and mullet roe, while carnivores can look forward to mains such as veal Milanese with red potato and braised wagyu beef cheek with apple compote and polenta.
Vegetarian dishes on the menu include tortelli Piacentini (ricotta and spinach ravioli), a favorite of Giorgio Armani, and risotto prepared with 36-months-aged Parmigiano Reggiano and 25 years aged balsamic.
