Picasso

Las Vegas' most artistic restaurant
VERIFIED LUXURY
Only in Las Vegas can you sit and eat a full meal among priceless works of art by a legendary artist. Picasso, with its stunning view of the Fountains of Bellagio, is by far one of the most elegant and awe-inspiring dining rooms in the world.

And if all the colorful contemporary pieces surrounding you aren’t enough, culinary artist Julian Serrano prepares his own masterpieces for you to enjoy. The sublime degustation and prix fixe menus are predominantly French and Spanish influenced, and the wines, with more than 1,500 selections to choose from, are sourced exclusively from European vineyards.

The menu changes almost daily based on what’s fresh each morning. If you can catch the pan-seared sea scallops with potato mousseline and leeks, you’re in for a flavorful culinary treat.

Our Inspector's Highlights
• At the Five-Star Las Vegas restaurant, chef Julian Serrano creates dishes that are inspired by the cuisine of France and Spain, where Picasso spent most of his life.

• Because of its “lakeside” location, you can request a table on the restaurant’s year-round patio, where you can enjoy dishes like sautéed halibut with hollandaise and roasted pigeon with wild rice risotto.

• The other bonus to its lakeside location is that you’ll have an up-front view of the Bellagio fountain show. Just be sure to request an outdoor table when making your reservation.

• Picasso’s dress code complements its sophisticated atmosphere, which is highlighted by colorful works by the eponymous artist, as well as unique ceramic pieces and elaborate floral arrangements.

• The artistic platings of the chef’s French- and Spanish-influenced cuisine round out the restaurant’s dedication to honoring the life and work of the Spanish painter.
Things to Know
• Picasso is located inside Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip. The Five-Star restaurant is closest to the north entrance of the hotel and is designated “lakeside,” as it sits on the water that is home to the famed Bellagio musical fountain show.

• Picasso is open for dinner Wednesdays through Mondays from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.; and it is closed on Tuesdays.

• The dress code at Picasso is business casual, so you should probably stay away from wearing shorts, tank tops, athletic clothing and sandals at the Las Vegas restaurant.

• Appropriate attire for women includes dress pants, blouses, skirts or casual dresses; while men should feel comfortable wearing khakis or slacks with a button-down or polo shirt.
