Step into Talise Spa, and the sun-and-sand, bronze-and-ocean-blue color palette immediately soothes stress, mirroring the coastal views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab outside. A dramatic dark-wood spiral staircase connects the three levels of the spa, including a 66-foot indoor pool. Positioned around the concept of intentional wellness, the three pillars — performance, intention and empower — guide the spa offerings, which unfold throughout the Remedy Suite, Thermal Sanctuary and Mindfulness Lounge, as well as 13 treatment rooms.

Guests can take a yoga class featuring French sports-accessories brand Studio Hercule or visit the salon of superstar hairstylist Limoz Logli for color, styling, treatments, manicures and pedicures.

Incorporate the technology-backed Remedy Suite circuit into a visit to Talise. Touchless therapies include the inflammation-reducing cryotherapy chamber, the detoxifying iDome far-infrared therapy, the region’s first mood-boosting Chromo Space bed and a DNA-rebuilding hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
The Mindfulness Lounge on the female-only floor features cocoon-shaped chairs with reading lamps that encourage a slow recovery after a service. Relax in the Satori Lounger, which uses zero-gravity, vibrational frequencies and sound therapy; LED cellular-recovery masks for the face, neck and eyes; and wearable devices that enhance mood and energy levels through electromagnetic signals.
Before and after services, sip complimentary adaptogenic iced tea (which is supposed to boost your mood, ease stress and combat fatigue) and nibble on seaweed and apricot protein balls, along with other good-for-you snacks. For more substantive meals, there’s a lunch menu available for delivery to the Mindfulness Lounge or any of the outdoor spaces.
From the Intention pillar of the menu, the 90-minute Grounding Ritual is a full-body, deeply calming massage designed to release tension. Working at a medium-to-firm pressure, the treatment flows in long, grounding strokes from the feet upward. The ritual incorporates a soothing scalp massage, lymphatic drainage using gua sha to encourage circulation and relaxation, and sensory rituals like a guided oil selection. Guests choose a chakra stone aligned with their energetic needs, adding a meditative, intention-setting layer to the journey, while cards with reflective messages reinforce the treatment’s mind-body focus.
The Cryo Intense Sculpt is a 90-minute, technology-forward facial that pairs advanced cryotherapy with EviDenS de Beauté’s cryogenic Special Mask and a Japanese lifting massage to soften expression lines, boost collagen and elastin, and restore firmness, tone and a visibly sculpted, youthful glow.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab’s fourth-floor guest rooms have direct access to the Dubai spa.
The three-level layout features a dedicated space for women (floor three), couples treatments and men (floor four), and the gym, indoor swimming pool and Remedy Suite (floor five).
