- While the well-equipped gym and personal trainers are top-notch, the additional amenities are really worth investigating — they include corrective body mechanics, outdoor fitness classes like beach boot camp, private yoga classes and lifestyle nutrition coaching.
- Before you’re escorted to a spa villa and pampered from head to toe, hit the multi-step hydrotherapy circuit, which includes time spent in an outdoor rain shower, hot and cold plunge pools, an aromatherapy steam room and a sauna.
- Daily yoga and movement classes are held in the outdoor yoga garden and state-of-the-art gym.
- Enjoy freshly prepared juices and creative, seasonal cuisine served in the enchanting Wellness Garden.
The Treatments
- The 40-plus spa treatments on the menu run the gamut from ancient Mexican healing traditions (a Mayan-inspired deep tissue massage) to cutting-edge services (an age-defying facial that instantly plumps skin).
- Two recommended signature services include the Secret Remedy Signature Treatment, which involves a body scrub, massage and facial - all using organic herbs from the resort’s herb garden.
- The other acclaimed service is the Baja Deep Tissue Pindas Treatment, a targeted body massage, incorporating gentle stretching, steamed herbal Pindas (poultices) and Obsidian hot stones laid on the neck and shoulders to ease muscle tension.

The Facilities
- Treatments take place in private spa villas with red tile roofs and whitewashed walls.
- They feature outdoor beds and soaking tubs, air-conditioned massage pavilions and open-air gardens.
- Six are considered double villas, and these luxurious spaces are meant to be shared with a partner and include outdoor rain showers, whirlpool baths and palapa-covered Mexican day beds.
- The two ocean-side palapas (near the resort’s Vista Point) allow the sound of lulling waves and sweet ocean breezes to become part of the spa experience.
