The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

Locally inspired luxury in Seoul
In the center of both historic and modern Seoul, the three-story The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, its gym and pool provide an exclusive and luxurious all-round wellness experience. The Korean jimjilbang, or public bathhouse, is found in every neighborhood in the country, a place where busy locals decompress by steaming, soaking, washing, massaging and napping stresses away. Traditional warm, hot and cold baths, steam rooms, and sleep rooms are all available.
Our Inspector's Highlights
• Seoul is known for its beauty obsessions and this luxury spa caters to those who require innovative, effective services.

• The hotel is particularly proud of its Um-Yang Ritual, a plant-based treatment that aims to balance the body’s um and yang.

• At The Nail Bar, look out over the city through floor-to-ceiling windows while being attended by a professional nail artist who will use Deborah Lippmann products.

• Nail art is a hot trend internationally, but Koreans take it to a new level with all sorts of wild, exciting and highly detailed manicures — and you can get those dazzling designs here, too.

• All three floors of the Seoul spa are connected by separate flights of stairs, so you don’t need to enter into the hotel lobby dressed in your gym clothes or bathrobe.
Things to Know
• On the 10th floor there are seven private treatment rooms, including one couples room, where you can indulge in a variety of facials, massages, treatments and extended experiences.

• A variety of luxury spa products are used, including Oribe, Claus Porto, Aedes De Venustas, Sodashi and Fedora.

• Pedicures and moisture masks are available at the same time, and there are express options available if you’re in a hurry.
The Treatments
• The My Present of Beauty experience includes a full-body scrub with ginger and Nuruk rice, a head ritual that involves rice milk poured over the forehead, a detoxing massage and Korean pressure-point head massage.

• The Miyeok Slim-Steam-Wrap uses Korean premium plant extracts and essential oils to relieve and reduce stress, improve circulation and lift your spirits overall.

• Massage options include a Thermo-Stone massage, where a mix of stones are warmed and massaged along the body, recommended for relieving fatigue and jetlag.

• Aromatic Balancing is a light-to-medium Swedish massage that uses fragrant oils as a restorative element.
The Facilities
• On the eighth floor is the gym, which affords panoramic views of the city while you work out on high-tech exercise machines.

• The hotel offers group and private training lessons, and there is a juice bar in case you need to refuel.

• The pool is adjacent to the gym and on the ninth floor there is a simulated Golf Experience where you can practice your swing.
