When your therapist is ready, you’ll head into one of five treatment rooms (including a couples suite) for some pampering. Whether you choose a facial or a body treatment, expect indulgent ingredients (cashmere oil), innovative offerings (The Athlete combines deep-tissue massage, CBD oils and Theragun vibrational therapy) and an expert therapist who will make sure your service will keep you blissfully floating on clouds, even after you’ve returned to the throngs outside.
- Choose from a well-curated selection of facials, including the Platinum HydraFacial, a deep-cleaning cult favorite, and the Firm + Lift, which applies gua sha sculpting techniques (part of traditional Chinese medicine) and lotions full of stem cells and peptides to stimulate collagen production and plump your skin.
- For a head-to-toe treat, opt for the Harbor + Stone Massage. Your body will get buffed with a salt scrub and tensions will melt away with a rhythmic massage using heated black basalt stones and hydrating cashmere oil.
- Before your appointment, carve out time to loosen your muscles in the white-tiled eucalyptus steam room. Each locker room offers one.
- The attentive therapists make a spa visit special. They will expertly home in on your problem areas and work to alleviate them, bring you tea or water after your service and may even take time to provide suggestions you can practice at home.
