Fayetteville and Bentonville

The Fayetteville and Bentonville area — referred to by locals as the I-540 corridor or, simply, “Northwest Arkansas” — offers a long, diverse list of attractions and activities, things to please everyone from the city-slicker art fanatic to the rough-and-tumble, adventure-seeking outdoorsman. The “corridor” includes the primary cities of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville, and it is surrounded by smaller cities and towns of all shapes and sizes.

Fayetteville and Bentonville's impressive variety of things to do and see is part of what makes the I-540 corridor so unique: world-class arts and entertainment, dozens of family-friendly attractions and activities, several nationally significant historical sites and museums, a Minor League Baseball team, a major university and all the fun activities a college town can offer.

There’s also some of the best shopping in the state, with a broad spectrum of stores ranging from mom-and-pop antiques to the sprawling, high-end Pinnacle Hills Promenade — and it's all less than an hour's drive from plenty of world-renowned hiking, floating and climbing in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.
